Privacy Policy

How information is handled on this website.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Scope

This notice describes the TapLure Software Group LLC informational website at tapluresoftware.com and www.tapluresoftware.com, its hosted review version, and project inquiries and engineering applications submitted through the site, plus messages sent to our published contact email. The tapluresoftware.ai address forwards to the .com website.

This notice does not describe the data practices of separate TapLure applications, school systems, marketplaces, exam tools, or marketing platforms. Review the notice presented by a product before creating an account or submitting information there.

Information involved in a visit

The website has no account-registration form, checkout, or file-upload form. Its project inquiry page saves your request in a private site inbox. Its engineer application and separate exercise collect the contact details, work history, availability, project examples, and test responses you choose to submit. The completed submission is saved in a private TapLure application inbox. Project requests are saved in a separate private inbox. The site has no resume file-upload form. Other contact links also open your email application.

How information is used

Information in a project inquiry is used to respond, discuss the request, and maintain relevant correspondence. If you submit an engineering application, we use your contact, work history, availability, and exercise answers to review your interest in potential opportunities and communicate with you. The eight scenario choices are scored against a fixed answer key; a person must review the written work. The score alone does not make a hiring decision. Technical information supports delivery, troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention. Information may also be needed to comply with applicable legal obligations or address a dispute.

Service providers and disclosures

The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting, Cloudflare delivery infrastructure, and site database storage for project requests and engineering applications. Our published contact address uses Google Gmail. These providers process information involved in their services; their own privacy notices also apply to their independent processing.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, investigate abuse, or protect rights and security. This website has no advertising, data-broker, or targeted-advertising integrations.

Cookies, analytics, and external links

The page code does not set advertising cookies or include third-party analytics or tracking pixels. The two-step engineering application uses browser session storage to keep an unfinished draft on your device; it is cleared after a confirmed submission or when your browser session ends. Hosting, security, and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technology needed for their operation. Browser controls can limit cookies, but doing so may affect restricted review access.

Following a link to another website or using your email provider is subject to that service’s practices. This notice does not control those services.

Retention and security

How long information is needed depends on the purpose of the correspondence or application review, ongoing business discussions, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Infrastructure logs and provider-held information are subject to provider retention practices. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period.

No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send patient records, student records, payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information through this website’s general contact email.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to use the forms or email us. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by contacting tapluresoftware@gmail.com. Describe your request without including sensitive identification documents. We may need to verify your identity and may need to retain information for legal or other legitimate reasons. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law; this notice does not limit them.

Children

This informational website is intended for professionals, businesses, schools, and people researching TapLure products, rather than children under 13. Please do not send personal information about children through the general contact address. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.

Updates and contact

We will update this notice when the website’s practices change and revise the date shown above. Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to TapLure Software Group LLC at tapluresoftware@gmail.com.
